We built the app the way we'd want to use it ourselves: we show as much as the group's safety needs and nothing more.
| 📍 Live location | It is seen only by those on the same ride and only during the ride window: from 2 hours before the start until one hour after the return. On trips, until midnight after the last day. |
|---|---|
| 🗄 What stays on the server | Only each rider's last position, not the route. It is deleted automatically after 24 hours. |
| 🛣 The ride track | It is recorded only on your phone, for the summary and “My rides”. It doesn't go to the server. |
| 📤 The shared image | The first and last 500 m of the route are cut off, so nobody can see where you live. |
| ☎️ Emergency contact | It stays only on your phone. It is used only by the “I have a problem” button, which opens an SMS to them with your location. |
| 🚩 Reports | They go only to moderators. The reported person doesn't find out who reported them. |
| 🗺 The rides map | It shows the ride's area, not people's exact location. |
| 🇪🇺 The server | In the European Union (Frankfurt). The access rules are on the server: everyone sees only what they're allowed to. |
| 🗑 Deleting your account | From Profile → Safety and data. Everything is deleted from the server. |
You can always find them in the app, in Profile → Safety and data.
The app only connects riders. It doesn't organise rides and isn't responsible for what happens on the road.
Everyone rides at their own risk and obeys the Highway Code.
Before “I'm in” you must have a valid licence for the motorcycle's category, valid insurance (RCA) and roadworthiness test (ITP), and protective gear.
Races or speed contests on public roads and stunts are forbidden.
“I have a problem” isn't an emergency service. In an accident, call 112.
Anyone can report, from the ride page or on the road. You choose the reason (speeding, reckless rider, fake ride, something else) and who it's about.
They see the report and how many warnings the rider already has. They choose “No action” or “Warn”, with a message to the person concerned.
The warned rider gets a notification and sees “1 of 3” in Profile. Warnings expire after 12 months.
The account is restricted for 30 days: they can't propose or join rides or trips.
{{nume}} doesn't replace emergency services. In an accident, call 112.
112 is the European emergency number: it works in every country of the European Union. For trips, here are the national numbers in a few countries too.
