{{nume}} is an app of {{firma}}. Contact: {{email}}.
{{nume}} connects motorcyclists who want to ride together on rides and trips. The app doesn't organise the rides and isn't responsible for what happens on the road. The organiser of a ride is the user who proposed it.
The “I have a problem” button alerts the group and opens an SMS to your emergency contact. It doesn't replace emergency services. In an accident, call 112.
Moderators can delete messages, give warnings and temporarily block accounts. At the third warning within 12 months, the account is restricted for 30 days: it can't propose or join rides or trips.
The account is linked to your phone number. One number has only one account. Warnings and restrictions stay linked to the number for up to 12 months, even if you delete the account.
The first {{luniGratuite}} months after signing up include the Premium features. After that, Premium costs {{pretLuna}}/month or {{pretAn}}/year, through the App Store or Google Play, under their rules.
The app only calculates how much each person owes or is owed. The money doesn't go through the app, and arrangements between participants are only between them.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Safety and data.
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, where {{firma}} is registered. If you use {{nume}} as a consumer in a European Union country, you keep all the rights given to you by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country and you can go to the courts of your country.
If you have a complaint, write to us first at {{email}}. We reply within 14 days at most.
