Step-by-step guide

How {{nume}} works

Every page of the app, in short: what you see and what you can do. The images are illustrations; real screenshots will come at launch.

1. First launch

You enter your phone number and receive a code by SMS. Then you choose a nickname (the name others see) and the county you usually ride from.

  • You don't need an email or a password. One number = one account, and nobody in the app can see your number.
  • If you change your phone, you sign in with the same number and find everything as before.
  • You can change your nickname, motorcycle and county at any time in Profile.

2. Rides

The main page. You see the rides in your county and in the neighbouring counties, as a list and on the area map.

  • Filters: All, 🌆 Evening (Mon–Fri), ☀️ Weekend (one day), 🏕 2–3 day rides and My club.
  • The map shows only the ride's area, never people's exact location.
  • The “+ Propose a ride” button takes you to the new ride form.

3. A ride's page

Everything you need to know before you set off:

  • the day and time, the return, the meeting point and the regroup point;
  • the route, the pace (Easy or Sporty) and the free places;
  • for rides of several days, the day-by-day plan with accommodation;
  • who is coming, each with nickname and motorcycle, for example “Mihai · Honda Africa Twin”.

“I'm in” can be tapped only after two ticks: you have a valid licence, insurance and MOT, and protective gear.

The ride chat is for those interested. From 2 hours before the start, “Leaving — start On the road” appears. The organiser can cancel the ride, with a second tap to confirm.

4. Propose a ride

You fill in the name, the day and time, the return, the meeting point picked on the map, the regroup point, the route, the pace and the number of places.

  • A one-day ride or a 2–3 day ride, with a plan for each day.
  • For clubs: the ride can be members only and repeat weekly, for example “every Thursday at 19:00”.

Proposing rides is part of Premium, free for the first {{luniGratuite}} months.

5. On the road

It starts when you tap “Leaving”. You see the group on the map in real time: the lead rider, who has fallen behind (over 2 km), who has lost signal and how far each rider is from you.

Buttons you hold down

The important buttons are held down for about a second, and the button fills up while you hold it. That way you don't press them by mistake with a glove or in your pocket.

  • ⚠ I have a problem: the group gets a notification immediately and sees you in red on the map. If you have set an emergency contact, the phone opens a ready-written SMS with your location. “I'm OK” cancels the alert.
  • I'm home: stops the location and ends the ride.

☕ Break

During a coffee or at the petrol station, your location is no longer sent, and the group sees you “on a break”, not “lost signal”. The break ends by itself once you have moved 300 m away from where you stopped.

Using the rest of the app

“‹ Rest of the app” takes you to the other pages while the ride keeps running. At the top, the bar “🏍 On the road — tap to go back” appears. It turns red if you have reported a problem.

Rides of several days

In the evening you hold “🛏 Reached the hotel”, and in the morning you tap “Leaving again (day 2)”.

6. Ride summary and “My rides”

At the end, after “I'm home”, you get a card with:

  • your route drawn on a map;
  • km, moving time, total time with breaks and average speed;
  • km for each day, on long rides;
  • who you rode with.

📷 You add a photo from your gallery and 📤 share the image on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook. So nobody can see where you live, the first and last 500 m of the route are cut off.

My rides (in Profile) is your ride history, with the total km per year. Tap a ride to see its summary again. The history stays only on your phone.

7. Trips

Trips of 2–30 days, visible to riders from the whole country.

  • Day-by-day plan: the route and km per day, accommodation for each night (address, link, “booked” tick).
  • Shared costs: everyone enters what they paid, and the app shows how much each person owes or is owed. The money does not go through the app.
  • Trip chat, only for those who are coming.
  • On the road for each day, with “Reached the hotel” and “Leaving again”.

Proposing trips is part of Premium. Joining is free.

8. Clubs

The list of clubs in your county. You ask to join, and the club leader approves.

  • The leader posts announcements and proposes club rides, repeated weekly and “members only”.
  • Club rides appear under the “My club” filter in Rides.

Joining clubs is free. Creating a new club is part of Premium.

9. Discussions

A forum for all riders in the country: questions, advice, routes, workshops, gear. You start a new discussion or reply to an existing one.

Anything that breaks the rules can be reported. Messages reported by several people are hidden automatically until a moderator checks them.

10. Profile and Safety

In Profile you have your nickname, county, motorcycle (the make from the list, with its badge, and the model), licence category and the year you started riding, plus your stats: rides and clubs.

  • Subscription: how many free days you have left and what Premium includes.
  • 📈 My rides: your ride history.
  • ⚠ Warnings, only if you have received any.
  • 🔒 Safety and data: the emergency contact (it stays only on your phone), the app's rules, reporting a problem and deleting your account.

11. Reports and warnings

You report from the ride page (“⋯ Report”) or on the road (“🚩 Report”). You choose the reason:

  • 🏎 speeding or dangerous riding;
  • 😤 reckless rider;
  • 🎭 fake ride or spam;
  • ✏️ something else.

Then you choose who the report is about. The report goes only to moderators, and the reported person does not find out who sent it.

The moderator chooses “No action” or “⚠ Warn”, with a message to the person concerned. At the third warning within 12 months, the account is restricted for 30 days: they cannot propose or join rides or trips. Warnings expire after 12 months.
